    NOTE:  Attendance at the CIO Forum is limited to members of AEHIS, AEHIT, AEHIA, and representatives of AEHIS, AEHIT, AEHIA Foundation firms.

    Meeting Fees

    EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT: Registration fees are $695.00 for members of AEHIS, AEHIT, and AEHIA. There is no charge for AEHIS, AEHIT, and AEHIA Foundation firm representatives (limits apply), AEHIS, AEHIT and AEHIA Foundation Partner representatives (limit 2) are limited to their respective Foundation’s Fall Summit activities.

    STANDARD REGISTRATION:  Registration fees after July 5th and prior to September 27th increase to $995.00 for members of AEHIS, AEHIT, and AEHIA.

    ONSITE FEES:  Registration fees for AEHIS, AEHIT, and AEHIA members will increase to $1,295.00 if registrations or full payment is not received by September 27th

    Your registration fee includes: Badge, meeting materials & proceedings, attendance at all Fall Summit sessions, breakfasts, lunches, receptions, and the recreational activity.

    Fees do not include; hotel accommodations, transportation, pre-summit workshops, CIO Boot Camp, CISO Boot Camp, or the CHCIO Examination.

    Cancellation Policy:  Prepaid registrants who cancel in writing on or before October 4th receive a full refund; cancellations received after October 4th, no refunds will be issued.

    The reservation cut-off is October 7, 2019. A one-night room and tax deposit is required to hold the reservation. Reservations received after the cut-off will be on a space-available basis only. Make your reservations EARLY!

    ROOM RATE: A block of rooms has been reserved for CHIME CISO Boot Camp attendees at the special rate of $275.00 per night for single/double occupancy. Additional Charges include current Arizona taxes of 12.57%

    Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

    CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you need to cancel your reservation you must do so no later than 7-days prior to the date of your arrival to receive a full refund of your deposit.
