CHIME & AEHIT Support CONNECT for Health Act

AEHIT supports CHRONIC, Creating High-Quality Results and Outcomes Necessary to Improve Care Act of 2017. CHRONIC facilitates the use of innovative and cost-efficient care delivery models such as telehealth that can expand access for patients with chronic diseases and patients in rural areas. The act would remove current impediments by providing adequate reimbursement for these services to hospitals and providers.
