This award recognizes a healthcare delivery organization that has made a foundational move towards enhancing the patient experience, in one or multiple aspects of the continuum of care, through the implementation of patient-facing technology that has gained measurable adoption and success.

To be considered for this award, applicants must submit:
- Essay: Healthcare institutions spend a great deal of time and energy to provide the best digital experience for patients. Please tell us about your most important IT project that mapped to the patient digital experience. Please include information on the technology used, the implementation and management challenges, how it tracks with your CEO’s and organization’s top business priorities and the metrics used to measure the benefits to your business or customers.
- References: As part of the evaluation process, AEHIT will contact up to three references for each submission. Please provide the name of your direct manager, one of your direct reports and a professional reference.
Evaluations are conducted by AEHIT Board members and AEHIT Awards committee members. No information connected to the institution will be used publicly without verbal or written permission. Email addresses will be protected for use only by AEHIT members.
