Below is the candidate slate for the 2024 AEHIT Advisory Board ballot. Board members play an important role in guiding the overall direction of our organization. As a member, you have the opportunity to vote for the candidates that will best provide the governance care needed to lead AEHIT into the future. Robert Cerbone Vice President, Product and Marketing Communication Technology Service, LLC

Rob Cerbone is the Vice President of Product Management and Marketing for Communication Technology Services, LLC (CTS), responsible for the strategy, product definition, development, management and marketing of the CTS Private Cellular Network as a Service offering. In this role, he is also responsible for the overall marketing efforts for all CTS products and services, including awareness, demand generation, digital, and sales enablement. CTS provides custom, carrier-grade in-building and campus connectivity solutions for enterprises and mobile network operators, solving and managing the most complex networking challenges.Rob is a seasoned product management and marketing executive with over 25 years of experience launching new products and services in the telecom and wireless industries. Rob was formerly the Vice President and General Manager, Wireless within Time Warner Cable’s Broadband Services organization where he was responsible for TWC’s mobile strategy and led the buildout of one of the largest public WiFi networks in the US. He previously held product management roles for digital media and mobile applications with TWC. Rob’s background also includes VP/GM of Intelsat’s Media business unit as well as positions at Sprint Nextel and TDF Ventures. He began his career as a management consultant working on technology, media and communications engagements for Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers.Rob received his MBA from the Smith School of Business at University of Maryland, and bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland. Mark McCrary Sr. Healthcare Account Manager, Presidio

Mark’s professional journey is a compelling testament to his expertise in IT solutions and business management. As the Senior Healthcare Account Manager and Systems Integrator at Presidio, he drives the integration of digital infrastructure, cloud, and security solutions tailored for Florida’s healthcare sector. Beyond this pivotal role, Mark also co-owns TitanUp Fitness, a premier fitness studio in Northeast Florida, celebrating its complete approach to health and wellness. In his extensive career prior to Presidio, Mark held diverse roles that strengthened his foothold in the IT and business sectors. From delving into data center technologies at Internetwork Engineering and steering IT infrastructure solutions at Peak 10, to championing cloud-based talent management with Cornerstone OnDemand and driving business processes through SaaS platforms at companies like Paychex, Botomline Technologies, and Payformance Corporation, his trajectory showcases a rare blend of technical acumen and business foresight. Mark also served with the United States Navy aboard the USS John Hancock DD-981, laying a robust foundation for his future endeavors. An alumnus of the prestigious Massachusets Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management, focusing on Management & Leadership. This was built upon a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Jacksonville University.
