Purpose
This award recognizes a healthcare delivery organization that has demonstrated value to its institution through an innovative application of technology in support of its organization’s strategic business objectives.

Awarded to an AEHIT member’s organization.
Documentation
To be considered for this award, applicants must submit:
- Essay: What has been the chief strategic-level business initiative driving your company or organization in the past 18 months? Tell us about your most innovative IT project that mapped to that strategic business initiative. Please include information on the technology used, the implementation and management challenges, how it tracks with your CEO’s and organization’s top business priorities and the metrics used to measure the benefits to your business or customers.
- References: As part of the evaluation process, AEHIT will contact up to three references for each submission. Please provide the name of your direct manager, one of your direct reports and a professional reference.
Application
AEHIT Technology Leadership Award Privacy Policy: The information gathered in this questionnaire will be used for the purpose of evaluating AEHIT Technology Leader institutional nominees and for developing stories about the honoree’s institution at an Award ceremony during the AEHIT Fall Summit.
